Solid Maple frame with extra sturdy legs. Includes Two Tubs and 5-coats of marine grade Ultra Gloss finish. Rolls easily on 4-Extra Heavy Duty Locking Casters that will not swivel when locked. Joints are attached using dado, glue & clamps; critical to wood bonding . Fastened with furniture brads, countersunk screws & wood plugs; bolts & dowels where warranted . Products are extensively sanded before & after assembly, corners & edges are rounded, saw marks & burns are removed & nothing sharp is protruding . Hand sanded between coats, creates a finish that is thick, luxurious, extremely tough & scratch resistant . Sanitize with bleach, water & a soft cloth, as needed . The Deluxe quality may appear barely used during the first 10+ years, looking impressive for 30+ years . Assembly time is approximately 5 - 10 minutes. Hardware, loctite and allen wrench included.
